7. Client Responsibilities

Make timely payments as agreed

Warranty terms for construction, renovation, and equipment will be specified in the individual service agreement. AK Platinum Pools stands behind the quality of our work and uses premium materials from trusted manufacturers.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AK Platinum Pools shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Damages arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control
